Formerly a United Nations Consultant, Rashina worked with the International Trade Centre for several years, advising over 200+ women-led artisanal businesses in developing regions to drive international expansion through powerful storytelling. In these years, she witnessed the transformative power of what women can do when they believe in themselves, and are supported and celebrated in doing so.

As a Speaker and Transformational Belief Coach, Rashina is deeply passionate about empowering global women entrepreneurs to expand beyond limiting beliefs, narratives, and inner glass ceilings.

She has led workshops with the International Trade Centre, Divinc, UCL Business, East Anglia University, NEST, and more, to help drive the power of belief across cultures and countries.

Rashina is also the CEO of Amplify Studio, an international brand building & marketing company that has collaborated with the likes of Diane Von Furstenberg, Bloomsbury Business, and Wise.
